DESCRIPTION: ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... Haw Creek near Clifford. White River at Elliston. Youngs Creek at Amity. White River at Newberry. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana... East Fork White River at Seymour. .Multiple rounds of rainfall over central Indiana over the next several days are expected to bring at least minor flooding on area rivers and streams. Flooding is expected to develop along portions of the East Fork White and lower White basins over the next 48 hours. Forecast crests issued today include rainfall amounts of 3 to 4 inches over large portions of the East Fork White and lower White basins from this morning through Friday morning, but additional rainfall expected from Friday onward will likely increase crests and lengthen the amount of time in flood. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.4 feet, State Road 258 remained open after the river rebounded quickly to this level in June 2010. State Road 258 had been flooded a few days earlier after river crested at 17.9 feet. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM EST Tuesday the stage was 4.9 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to 16.5 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall Thursday evening. It will rise to 16.5 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall again but remain above flood stage. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Cumulus clouds are fluffy and textured with rounded tops, and
may have flat bottoms. The border of a cumulus cloud
is clearly defined, and can have the appearance of cotton or cauliflower.
Cumulus clouds form at low altitudes (rarely above 2 km) but can grow very tall,
becoming cumulus congestus and possibly the even taller cumulonimbus clouds.
When cumulus clouds become taller, they have a greater chance of producing precipitation.
